At Althea, we believe, in taking strategic risks as a startup. We like to lead rather than follow, we always make aggressive forecasts/plans and have a dynamic product line.

We are building our team from the best and brightest. We understand that good people are expensive, and they are hard to find, which adds risk to our startup, but it’s a strategic risk. Lowering the risk by hiring the cheapest, we believe is a bigger risk.
